You should be able to see your Tier if you're connected with the verified wallet address and verified your account. You can only verify your account by following the guidelines from our KYC provider, such as using a non-expired password or ID document and your real name and birthdate.
Examples of issues that may arise:
Do you still face issues with your profile?
- Try disabling all wallets except one. i.e. when you use multiple wallets simultaneously, MetaMask, Trust, Phantom, etc. they can break Dapps.
- Make sure you're connected with the verified wallet.
- Make sure you've added a reliable RPC endpoint to your wallet (see link below)
